Sandwich Boards or A-Frames are a very common advertising medium. They vary in size and type. We can take any image or message you or we create, print it onto an adhesive waterproof vinyl, and mount it to the board. As we are digitally printing this, there are no limitations to what we can print on the board. In cases where you want to reuse a damaged PVC board sometimes a new Hard Sign can be applied over top.
We recommend laminating all prints. Lamination consists of a clear gloss or matte vinyl that protects prints from fading, peeling or scratching. It also allows you to clean the prints without fear of damaging the printed graphic. $3/ sq ft
What are some of the differences between a Metal-Framed board and a PVC board?
- Metal-framed boards have two removable or replaceable Coroplast panels. PVC boards are solid on both sides.
- PVC boards are less likely to get vandalized as they are solid on both sides.
- Metal frames are cheaper to buy.
- Metal-framed boards have removable inserts that can potentially have messages on the front and back of each panel.
- When a new panel is needed, it is much easier to order a new panel from a sign shop than having to bring in and pick up your PVC board.
- Both options are roughly the same weight.
